Voratiq is a software service operated by Holoprose, Inc. for orchestrating, reviewing, and verifying agentic workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, hosted application, APIs, connected command-line tooling, and related online services (collectively, the Services).
Some Voratiq software may be open source or run locally. This policy applies to information we process through the Services. It does not apply to local-only use of Voratiq software when information is not sent to us, or to third-party products and services that have their own privacy practices.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your email address, account details, support messages, and other information you submit through the Services. If you purchase a paid offering, we may receive billing, plan, and transaction information from our payment or billing providers.
When you use product features, we may process workflow-related data, such as repository identifiers, workflow and run metadata, prompts or instructions you submit, logs, status updates, generated artifacts, evaluation results, and other content you choose to send to the hosted Services.
We also collect technical and usage information automatically, including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, usage analytics, interactions with the Services, diagnostic logs, cookie or session identifiers, and similar information used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- authenticate users and manage accounts;
- process workflow activity and display product data;
- administer free, trial, beta, or paid service plans;
- respond to support requests and communicate with you;
- detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or security incidents;
- analyze usage and improve product reliability; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, analytics, and product reliability. You can configure your browser to block some cookies, but parts of the Services may not work correctly without authentication or session cookies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, authentication, infrastructure, analytics, security, support, model processing, repository integration, payment, and billing providers. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us.
The Services may also interoperate with third-party products, models, providers, repositories, and tools that you choose to connect or use. Information you send to those services is handled according to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Voratiq, users, or others, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and how it is used.
We generally use the following criteria to guide retention:
- Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for account recovery, security, legal, or business records.
- Authentication and session data: retained as needed to authenticate users, secure accounts, and investigate suspicious activity.
- Workflow and artifact data: retained as needed to provide product features, maintain workflow history, support users, and satisfy legal or security obligations.
- Logs, diagnostics, and analytics: retained for a limited period needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the Services.
- Billing records: retained as needed for tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute purposes.
- Backups: retained temporarily and deleted or overwritten on our normal backup rotation, subject to legal or security needs.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet or electronic storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may limit your ability to use some Services. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal our response or lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. To make a request, contact us using the email address below.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
